Blown head gasket

My mechanic diagnosed the blown head gasket with sludge in oil. Can liquid glass be used or a quick fix? Please help me. Thank you.

Sealers are not really a good idea if you intend on keeping the car. The reason being that although they sometimes work they more often cause worse problems by plugging up the small passages in the radiator or heater core.
