Blown head gasket?

I had to go back to the theater to check on my cancer, so I put four new tires on and have the oil changed. the engine was running fine with the weather getting cooler in South Florida, I decided to replace the antifreeze. So, I went to this place they sucked out the antifreeze from the reservoir with such force and for so long even though there wasn't even any more antifreeze coming out. then they added the new antifreeze with high pressure in it plastic cylinder and they blew the head gasket on my engine because the engine oil before I left was fine. I checked it when I got home it was milky color and I'm wondering if that could have been a cause for this to happen. the truck ran fine and had plenty of power on the way there now, I can't go to the VA to check on my cancer.
