Blown head gasket

When I replace the head gasket do i have to replace the valve and manifold gaskets too?

Yes, all of the top end gaskets, valve covers, intake and exhaust manifolds at a minimum, will be coming off so you need to replace them with new. Once they are compressed they will not re-seal.
