I drove my vehicle today for around 10 minutes after being low on oil. It started blowing white smoke and I assumed it was from the vehicle being low oil level. I did an oil change, filled the oil up and changed the oil filter. It's still blowing white smoke. Should it resolve itself now that the oil is full or is there more of an issue? Coolant full, no overheating.

The number 1 reason for white smoke is the engine is burning coolant. Are you sure it is not blue tinted smoke? This would be oil burning. How does the engine seem to run any weird noises? Can you upload a short video of the problem? Here are two guides to go over in the meantime:

Please go over these guides and get back to us.
