I have the SUV listed above Eddie Bauer edition. Won't blow hot or cold. Checked fuses, charged the low pressure side of A/C unit. A/C pump clutch is not kicking on/off.

Hi,

Is the blower motor working? If it is, are you sure the A/C is fully recharged? If it is too low, the system will not engage. Also, you mentioned the heater isn't working as well. Is the engine coolant full? Is the vehicle running at a normal operating temperature?

Take a look through this link and see if there is anything that helps.

Here is a link explaining how to add Freon. I just want to confirm this is what you did.

If you have manifold gauges when recharging the A/C, let me know what both the high and low pressures are.

I will watch for your response.

Take care,
Joe

As Joe stated, connect some gauges to the system and get a pressure reading, my guess is that it has all leaked out. The most common leak on this vehicle (just fixed my own), is the line that runs from the compressor to the condenser, look for traces of oil.
