it has blown the #29 fuse more than once?

Okay, I have the vehicle listed above 3500, 15 passenger van, I have replaced the rear blower, resistor, resistor pigtail and plug, and it still keeps blowing fuses! What should I look at next? it has blown the #29 fuse more than once, before I changed the blower and resistor. The #29 fuse is the rear blower fuse, located in the under driver's seat fuse box and it is a 30-amp j-body female fuse, I believe. (Small "Lego"-looking brick with a clear lid)

There is a rear blower control relays (3) I would disconnect and then replace the fuse to test the power lead wire to ground and then reinstall the relays one at a time until the fuse blows. here are the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the location of the relays.

Okay I have the 15-passenger van listed above. I have replaced the rear blower fan, the resistor, and the pigtail/plug. With all of that the van still keeps blowing the #29 rear blower fuse under the driver's seat fuse box. It will run fine for 5 or 6 minutes then blow the fuse. The fuse is a 30 amp. Any ideas what to look at next?

Did you try the relays? or just remove them to see if the fuse blows?
