Blowing fuses

When it rains I blow fuse for marker lights. When I put it in reverse rain or not it blows the fuse for blinker light.

You will need to get the reverse circuit checked for a short, if you have a trailer plug this is always a good place to start looking. Also, check for water in the lights. This can also be a common cause for a short and weird electrical problems.
