blowing fuel pump fuse - fuel pump replacement instructions?

it seems like you have short in fuel pump wiring system, or the other fuel pump which you don't replaced has internal short, your car has 2 fuel pumps 1 inside the fuel tank and the other is the outside check the diagrams below.
