blower will not turn off on air conditioner

when I turn the power off to the air cond. the blower will not shut off its stuck on high

if it happens all the time then check your blower relay under right side of dash. if it happens intermittently then there is a ts b on it and you need to replace a fin on heater switch part number 27151-zw00a see pic
