Been dealing with HVAC issues in my car for about 3 months now. Not sure what else to do and looking for some help. The blower motor does not operate whatsoever on any speed setting.

Here is what I’ve done so far:
- Replaced the blower motor
- Replaced the blower motor resistor
- Replaced the control switch panel (this is what the dealership told me the problem was)
- Replaced the ignition switch

I’m not really sure what to try next. My multimeter shows no voltage at the blower motor, resistor, and the control switch. The 10A fuse under the driver's side dash has a small voltage ~0.2V and the high current 60A fuse under the hood is fine at 12.4V. Both fuses pass continuity test on my multimeter. I’m not sure what other components could be in the circuit, or what else to troubleshoot and need some help.

There is a 30-amp fuses taped to the wiring harness behind the left side of the instrument panel that sounds like it is out. Here is the HVAC system wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

It was the 30 A inline fuses. Makes me feel a bit silly that I wasn’t able to find them myself, but they are hidden from the main fuse panel under the driver side dash. Thanks for the help.
