Where is the Blower motor resistor located?

Hi, I'm trying to locate the resistor for the blower motor. My A/C will not blow. It's cool to the touch but won't go up in speed. I've replaced the blower and it comes on but goes right back off. I want to check the resistor to see if that needs to be replaced but can't seem to find it.

The blower motor resistor is on the driver side above the gas pedal, here is the image that shows the exact location below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
