Blower motor or blower motor resistor issues

Replaced blower motor resistor, while doing so the hot and ground wires accidentally touched. The fuse to the blower motor blew, so I replaced it and swapped out the new blower motor resistor. Plugged everything back up and the blower will not turn on. Is it possible I damaged the blower motor fan? Or what else should i check? I checked all of the fuses and they are all good. Thanks in advance!! :-)

At this point, if you know the fuse is good, we have to determine where the power is lost. I have provided a diagnostic flow chart below in the pictures. I had to break it into several pictures so you could read everything.

To test the system, you will need to use a test light and a volt meter or multi meter. Here are links to help you with using them:

Also, confirm there is power to the fuse you replaced.

One last thought. Check relay 45 in the under hood fuse/relay box. You can either switch it with another relay with the same part number, or test it. Here is a link that explains how to test a relay. Picture 5 shows the relay I'm referring to.
