Blower motor heater/AC stopped working

2009 TOYOTA YARIS
160,000 MILES • 1.5L • 4 CYL • AUTOMATIC

I checked blower connecting to battery and fan is working. I also checked current continuity on resistor and okay. I also checked current continuity from cable connecting to resistor but no current. The speed dial activates radiator fan and A/C.

Do you have a voltmeter or test light for testing?
