Blower Motor Fuse Keeps Blowing?

I took out the blower motor and tested it and it works, but the blower motor fuse keeps popping when I start up the car. Does that mean there's a short somewhere or something wrong with the wiring? A/C doesn't blow at all or anything, btw.

The fuse powers the blower directly so it sounds like the blower motor speed control module is bad or possibly the ground G602 at the left kick panel is loose. Here is the location of the part so you can remove it to check for burn marks which means it is no good. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
