Blower motor replacement?

I am trying to figure out how to remove the blower motor to vacuum out debris after changing the cabin air filter as it is still making some noise. I know where the motor is but cannot figure out how to get the insulation panel off.

Hello,

The blower motor is located under the passenger's side dash. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when doing the job and a diagram (below) on how to do it on your car.
