It makes a loud squeaking noise when I keep my heaters or ac on for so long

There's either debris in the fan or the motor has noisy bearings. The assembly should be removed, then look for anything riding inside the fan, and feel if the motor is tight. When you spin it by hand, it should coast for a few seconds. If it stops right away or is hard to turn, it will draw excessive current and damage the blower resistor assembly or control module.
