The blower motor does not work but my compressor clicks on?

I replaced the blower motor, resistor, ignition and control module. All fuses and relay are good. No power to my resistor.

We need to check for power using a test light for the fuse (HVAC Blower 30 amp), in the under-hood fuse panel, this guide can help and the fuse location in the diagrams below, also I have included HVAC wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

I already used the test light every fuse and relay lit up fine using the test light.

Okay, can you test for power at the red wire at the resistor? If you look at the wiring diagrams you can see that it is a straight shot from the fuse to the blower motor resistor.

I already tested the red wire entering the resistor and there's no power. The HVAC blower 30 amp is good I checked it with a test light and that's what's puzzling me.

You can see from the wiring diagrams it is a straight shot from the fuse to the power of the resistor, I would run a new power wire to the resistor. Let me know.
