Blower motor

I replaced blower motor it is on high speed all the time.

Welcome to 2CarPros. Was it replaced because of the same problem or just because the blower stopped? The front blowers don't use a blower motor resistor to control the speed. they use a signal from the HVAC programmer that tells the module on the blower motor what speed you select. The rear blower does use a resistor. Which one did you replace?
