Blower motor keeps blowing fuses

It keeps blowing the blower motor fuses 2 when on hi setting. The blower motor is two months old work fine after I replaced it. I replaced the resistor didn't fix the problem. I'm trying to replace the relay can't find the location for it.

The blower motor is under the dash right side behind the glove box.

I will check the other side someone had said it was in back of the fuse block on the drivers side. I have that side apart. I will put that back together and check passenger side. Will let to know how I made out. Thanks

If it's not the relay. Do you have any idea what could be the problem as to way the fuses would be blowing on high setting?

I attached a diagram for you to view.

The high speed is controlled by the blue/white wire at the selector switch. It could be the selector switch or the wiring from there to the motor.

That relay in the first and second picture looks like the relay.

The blue one is the one that calls for this car to use and that one there looks nothing like this the blue one is on the top when I took the picture.

There is a difference with part numbers due to manual AC or automatic climate control.

The blue one I got at O'reilys auto the blue one is the one it calls for. The brown one has to many pins per picture I sent.

Does either relay have the colors on the diagram?

If not, can you give me the complete VIN?
