Blower motor not turning off

A/C heater blower motor won't turn off unless you pull 30 amp fuse.

That sounds like the blower motor controller has failed or the control head has failed in a way to tell the blower to stay on. The control module is mounted under the dash on the right side next to the blower motor itself. To access it you remove the trim panel under the dash and the module will be held on with 2 melted plastic blobs and the wiring connection. You cut the plastic blobs off to remove the module, then the new one uses screws in the holes to secure it.

Thanks. I got a blower motor resistor and looks the same. I hope this fixes it.

Depends on the parts store naming, but it really isn't a resistor. These work using pulse width modulation to control the blower speed. I prefer the older method myself, easier to troubleshoot and repair.
