My blower motor will not shut off even when I shut my car off and take the key out. Had to go under hood to take 30 Amp fuse out to shut it off. People said it is my blower motor relay, if so, where is my blower motor relay located at? Please help me.

The blower motor relay will be next to the blower fan under the passenger side panel. You should also inspect the harness. If it is burnt then replace the connector and wires as well.
