Blower motor not working?

The blower motor isn’t working right. I bought a new one and replaced it. Still wasn’t working. So, I said what the heck and tried the old one again. It started spinning while it was on the floorboard of the car. But once I put it back together. Nothing. I can hear it try to work. But nothing.

I would bench test the blower motor and if it works check the grounds.

If the grounds are okay, there is a speed control and a blower motor relay I would try swapping them out. Please check the diagrams below. Also check inside the blower motor housing to see if there is an obstruction not allowing the motor to turn. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
