Thank you for the information. Ken L was extremely helpful. I hadn't considered the possibility of a bad ground. I followed his testing procedure, found that the ground was indeed faulty, I was unable to easily fix the original ground due to its location so I ran a new ground. Problem fixed. Saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Again, thank you for the help.
