Blower motor

Hi, I have checked fuses all good, i have checked resistor that is good! we were driving down south and the blower started hesitating and then finally stopped! i so not know what it could be. Thanks, Jeremy

Kind of sounds like the blower is shot.

The hesitation may have been dry bushings or the brushes worn to nothingness.

If you can get to the blower connection, disconnect it. Turn on all of the controls to make it run, except you need to test for voltage with your voltmeter. This will let you know if it should' be running.

Another method:

You might try a temporary jumper wire from the battery to see if it will directly turn from it. (this would eliminate every thing in between).
