When the weather is really cold the heater will not turn on unless I Move the fuse

So here is a good one. When it is really cold outside the blower for my heat will not turn on unless I move the fuse. Like take it out and put it back. I have already replaced the fuse and it still does it, but only when it is cold. When it is warm it works perfectly.

If moving the fuse around resolves the problem, that would indicate a connection problem in the fuse box, likely from corrosion causing too much resistance on the circuit. There may be other areas in the circuit with the same issue. You could also have a blower motor that is requiring too much current to get started. Voltage supply and demand is a cumulative problem and multiple issues can contribute to it.
