How can I tell if it's the blower motor or switch? I swapped fuses under hood. Heater will heat up, just wont blow. Was hoping it was a fuse but don't think so.

The blower motor relay is located in the under hood battery junction box. Here is a tutorial showing how to test a relay:
I've attached a picture below of the junction box showing the blower motor relay location and circled in red for your truck. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

THe blower relay is under the hood here is a guide to hell check it with the location in the diagrams below.
