Blower motor relay location?

how can i tell if it's the blower motor or switch? i swapped fuses under hood. heater will heat up, just wont blow. was hoping it was a fuse but don't think so.

The blower motor relay is located in the under hood battery junction box. Here is a tutorial showing how to test a relay:

where is the fan heater relay located?
