Blower fan does not work properly

Blower motor will not work right. It would run but not like it should. On high it runs like it is on low so I replaced the resister and now it will not work at all.

If the motor was turning slower than it should be, it may be bad. Have you checked to see if there is power to the blower motor since you replaced the resister? Also, have you confirmed the motor has a good ground and nothing is blocking the fan?
