Blower fan not working?

My blower fan quit working. I started troubleshooting and figured out that when I remove and replace (with same fuse) the 40-amp blower fan fuse under the hood, the fan starts working again. I will work until I shut off the truck for an extended period of time. If I shut the truck off for a short period of time, I do not have to reset the fuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the blower motor control processor is going out. I would replace the blower motor as well because as the motor starts going out it pulls more amps and takes out the blower motor control processor. Here are the locations so you can swap them out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
