My blower fan quit working. I replaced the blower, resistor and head unit in the dash and wire harness. The blower works when it's out of its hole but once I mount it back in properly it won't work at all. Am I missing something?

Hello Chris,

It sounds like the power leads or ground is not working, here is a guide to show you how to test the power and ground lead to the blower motor. Turn the blower on high speed to check for power. Also check the BLWR fuse under the hood for power as well. If you test the ground wire (black) with the blower on and the wire lights up the test light the ground is bad.

Also, I have included the blower motor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
