There is no power going to the blower fan and/or resister. I checked the fuse box under the driver side dash and all fuses are working except I believe it was f7 and f8 which is getting no power. the heat is working, but only come out when driving. The blower controls on dash all seem too work just those fuses have no power for fan. I do not know if it is a ground or a wire issue. Any suggestions?

Hey Chris,

We do not have any wiring diagrams for Rover, but to test the ground connect a test light to power to test the ground wires.

Please let us know happens so it will help others.
