Hi,
It sounds like either the motor is going bad or you have a bad connection. When the fan runs, does it make any odd sounds?
Do me a favor. Here are the directions for replacing the blower motor. First, locate it and check the condition of the plug. Make sure nothing is loose and the contacts are not corroded. Then, confirm there is power to the connector when you first turn the fan on and nothing happens. If there is, then the motor is likely the issue.
The pictures correlate with the directions.

REMOVAL
1. Remove the glove box.
2. Disconnect the blower motor connector (1).
3. Remove the three blower motor screws (A) and remove the blower motor from the blower unit.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
