blowed btsi fuse

Blow ed the btsi fuse replaced now still want start. I hear a clicking under the hood near the fuse box.

try resetting security system then have an assistant see if they can locate a relay near fuse box that is making the noise then get back to us. see picture also make sure battery is in good shape and have a load test done on it. most places do for free.

I have recharged the battery. And tried to reset the alarm when turning the key on the security light does not flash while key is on.
