I am blowing 10A A/C fuses. I have replaced the 10A fuse and the A/C relay. However, it continues to blow fuses and the compressor. As a result, it will not run.

Good morning.

Relays rarely cause fuses to fail. It is most likely a short circuit in the wiring.

The first thing I would do is disconnect the AC compressor wire and see if the fuse still blows. If it does, then you do have a wiring issue and you will need a shop to trace the circuit to find the failure.

If the fuse stops blowing, then it is the compressor clutch that is the issue. You will need to replace the compressor.
