Blower motor not working?

I cannot get the blower motor to work. i replaced the blower motor itself, the blower relay, and the ac amp. i don't know what else to do. an Infinity dealer told me it was the ac amp and it still doesn't work. please help.

It is common for the ground (M45, behind the instrument cluster) to stop working to cause this problem, this guide can help us, and I have included the blower motor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. This guide will show you how to check for power and ground for the blower motor:

Also, check for power at fuse #10 and #11 in the left side fuse panel.
