The light stops blinking when the car is started, but then starts blinking again when the car is turned off. The car can only be started with the FOB, not with the key from the inside of the FOB. There is no place to insert the key to start the car.

I have tried all of the solutions to this problem in your article at:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system#:~:text=How%20to%20Reset%20a%20Security%20Alarm%20System%201,Fuse%20...%205%20Step%205%3A%20Disconnect%20Battery%20

But none of them have worked. I need your help to solve this problem.

The blinking with the car off is normal. It is sort of the cars' way of saying, don't try to steal me, I have my security system on. It should blink every 2 seconds unless the engine is running. Your car has a keyless ignition system, the FOB is the key. The emergency key in the fob is there only to unlock the driver's door or trunk if the FOB fails for some reason.
Overall, it sounds like it is working like it should. What you need to worry about is if the security light starts flashing while you are driving, that can mean a failure in the system and turning the car off at that time might prevent it from starting again. If it happens it is best to drive it to a dealership and let them look at it without shutting it off. They can scan it and repair it faster than an independent likely can.
