Blinkers not working

Hello.

firstly do we have power to the relay ? I am not showing a relay on my diagrams for the blinkers it is showing it as a combination flasher unit listed H on diagram 3 below? does it click when you turn on the blinkers/turn signals are hazard lights? if not we do not have power going to the new relay so we need to start by checking fuses.
