Blinker/windshield control arm replacement or fix

MyBlinker/windshield control arm was pulled on and the tip of the arm came off and broke. The arm is still there it appears to just need a cover replacement. I still can't use the windshield wipers. Is there anyway to get them to temporarily come on?v

hat is part of the switch so it needs to be replaced.

Here is how to replace the turn signal arm which is part of the switch. I don't think you can make the switch work with the end missing like that. It is pretty easy to change the switch out should take about 20 minutes. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
