Blinker switch replacement?

I think my blinker switch went out i ordered a new one but it's a multipurpose one meaning it has a cruise control switch on it. Now my concern lies with my car not originally having cruise control and it being a multipurpose switch. My question is, will it still work for just my blinkers? I intend on adding the actual cruise control module and switches but i need to know if the multipurpose one i ordered is compatible with the blinkers until i finish getting the cruise control kit.

Hi,

I'm not sure exactly what was ordered, but if it has cruise control and your vehicle doesn't, it shouldn't affect the signals.

I'm not sure if you need them, but I attached the directions for the removal and installation of the switch below.
