Blinker lights dont lightup on dash

My blinker lights wont light up on the dash, is this a wiring issue or fuse issue? What fuses would i need to get if so?

So, this car has a lighting module that sounds like it has gone out here is the location of the unit and how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. (A3)
