I do not see a left and right blend door actuator listed. Is this a 1500 Sierra? The part number will be right on the part I use those numbers to help find the correct aftermarket parts as well. The aftermarket parts will say it replaces a certain factory part number.

That is what I show on rock auto dot com for descriptions. Honestly your best bet would be to get the part number on the actuator itself. That is what I would do from seeing the descriptions with lack of listing a passenger side one.

On those trucks usually the lower one in the middle is the drivers side blend door actuator.I do not see how a main blend door actuator could ever be referred to the passenger side one. I cannot read the part number on that label can you read it to me?
