Blended door

I was wondering if I can get to the blended doors or do I have to remove the dash to fix it? And where would the blended door be located?

if it is the actuator try pulling the fuse inside car for heater for sixty seconds with key on that may reset it. if it is the door is broken then the dash, heater unit must come out and heater unit apart to replace it. See picture.
