Hello,
The blend door actuators typically fails either the hot or cold setting.
Your vehicle is equipped with two blend door actuator (left and right).
Accessing them does require removing part of the dash.

Just to add, when you are finished replacing the actuator, it must be calibrated in order to work properly.
I attached the procedure below for you to follow for it to function correctly.
