Hello there. I‘ve recently been having issues with at least two blend door actuators clicking on my car listed above LT model. What would happen Is you would open the car door and one of the actuators would make a light clicking noise. Then another actuator would make a very loud clicking noise. I would start the car to drive and after about 30 seconds, the clicking would disappear.

One of the actuators was replaced a few months ago, but I feel that it’s the one making the light clicking noise. I don’t know if things have to be calibrated or not. I read many different methods. I have no scan tool. It’s so confusing with which method really works for a 2010. I’d appreciate any kind of help for this annoying issue.

The clicking nose is a sign the blend door actuator is bad; it stops because the system shuts down once it can't move the actuator. Here are the locations of the actuator so you can check out which ones are bad and replace them. Here is how to recalibrate the actuators as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I don’t have that type of scan tool for calibrating.

I think you can just leave the key on for one minute without starting the engine, it should work.
