passenger side blend door actuator is bad?

Tire shop mechanic tells me passenger side blend door actuator is bad. It will take 9 hours of time to replace.

I'm trying to find out if that is an accurate estimate.

Yep, he is right the passenger side takes 8.8 hours because the HVAC plenum needs to come out this means you need to remove the dashboard. Sorry about that. Here is what it looks like which does not look that bad so it might be a mistake, if you want to remove the glove box to take a look that is what I would do first. Check out the images (below).
