Blend Door Actuator is clicking?

Sure, usually just one of the blend door actuators will go bad and click. Here are the blend door actuators so you can check it out, if you want to disable the system, I would pull fuse #8 in the fuse panel under the hood, here is the location. You will need to remove the glove box to get at the blend door actuators to see which one is ticking. Check out the images (below).
