There are two main actuators which one do you mean, the air mix or mode actuators? Here are the locations of the actuators so you can see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below).

It's the one to switch from hot to cold, and vice versa.

That would be the air mix actuator which is lower on the HVAC plenum in front. They don't give us step by step instructions so you will need to remove any brackets or dusting to get at the actuator. Please let me know and upload images or a video if you get stuck.

It looks like the one in the air mix door motor in the pics you sent me. I hope it's the right one.

Yep, that is the hardest part on some of these jobs, you might need a creative way to get to the rear screws. If you upload an image I can try to help. Sorry they don't have any more images or instructions for us on this repair.

I finished today. I just took the bend door actuator out and moved the bend door by hand. I put a piece of cardboard covered with duct tape to keep it on the cool side. Nice fresh air conditioning. It's great, because I live in Texas. Come winter, I'll move it back to the warm side. Thanks for all the help. I also bought a long 8 mm ratchet wrench to use to get the actuator out. Didn't take long from there.
