Heat only blowing through floor vents

Heat only blows through floor vents. When switch to vents or defrost it stays blowing out floor. Where is the blend door actuator located?

The blend door actuator is a temperature control. What you are looking for is the mode control actuators. They should be on the left side of the HVAC housing, above the gas pedal.
