I've located the actuator, removed the 3 screws, however my actuator is not coming off. I don't want to apply too much pressure and damage other parts. is there a trick to this?

Good morning,

They are the same for all GM products. After you remove the screws, it may be tight. Use a small screwdriver to release it. Pry on all the edges to get it to come off the shaft.

It may be rusted on there. Just take your time and do not break anything.
