a manual (single zone) system is not listed. but the LH actuator is the only actuator in a manual (single zone) system. the actuator can be reached by removing the radio. I ground down a 5/16 socket so it is real short, to loosen the rear bolt. done in less than 1 hour. no housing or dash removal! tmc

The one for the driver's side is buried behind the center console, under the heater box. More difficult than the upper (passenger side) but can be done w/o dash removal & draining fluids & refrigerant. About 3 hours work

Where does the heater control valve vacuum line come from? I found a white hard vacuum line coming up from the front of the engine cross member and hooked it to the valve, but found it was plugged with screw at other end and I need to know where the blend door actuators are?

Hey JIMMY,

It should go to the internal vacuum control valve. Here is an diagram to help you find it and the locations of the blend door actuators as well . Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
