The rubber on my blend door has dried and fallen off. I need to either replace the rubber or get a new door. I can't find the parts anywhere. Any help?

Hi,

Like you, I am having a hard time finding one. Since the manufacturer discontinued them, you may end up getting one from a salvage yard.

However, take a look at this link and let me know if that is similar to what you need. I believe that is the door even though they refer to it as a valve. The OEM part number should be 155737.

Let me know.

This is awesome. Thanks much. I have downloaded a maintenance manual for my 1995 Cheyenne but there is nothing about how to replace the door. Is that something you can help with also?

Hi,

I just went through two manuals, and the only thing mentioned was the actuator. I can tell you that the door is in the air distribution case. Looking at the pic, that shouldn't be too hard to access. I attached a couple of pics below.

Let me know.
